Maintenence Tehnician
Primary Function:
The maintenance technician assists the maintenance supervisor to ensure proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property. The maintenance technician fulfills customer service requests promptly, completes daily rounds and checks mechanical equipment, recreational facilities, and any other functional or safety concerns
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
High School Diploma, HVAC certified at Level 1
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete service requests as assigned
Prep/turn off vacant units/suites
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairs
Picking up/cleaning of grounds and common areas
Light carpentry work
Drywall repairs and finish work
Touch up painting
Taking after hours “on call” duties as assigned
General cleanliness and upkeep of all interior and exterior of property
Immediate attention to areas posing risk to life safety of resident and customers (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc)
