Leasing Consultant
Primary Function:
The leasing consultant performs marketing, sales and customer service responsibilities related to the leasing of apartments and related services.
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of higher education and experience. Must be outgoing and able to interact with customers in a professional manner. Also, must have business experience in dealing with the public and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Also should possess strong organizational filing skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Leases apartments with related services options and having a thorough knowledge of your property and all aspects of leasing. Must be able to meet specific sales goals as determined by your property manager.
As applicable to the community, may also be responsible for transient sales for short-term stays, i.e. summer business.
