Types of Properties
- Value Add apartments are our current focus however all product types will be considered.
Location
- Throughout the United States
Size
- Multi-Family Garden Style Apartments (minimum 200 units)
- Office Buildings (minimum 75,000 SF)
- Retail Properties (minimum 75,000 SF)
- Minimum Acquisition Price: $10,000,000
Deal Structure
- Typically all cash transactions but will consider assumption of
exisiting financing or seller financing if the terms are favorable. - Single asset acquisitions to large portfolios
