GMH Capital Partners is a national real estate company that owns, develops and manages income-producing real estate. Throughout our history, we have owned over four million square feet of office, 10,000 multi-family units, and one million square feet of retail space.
Our investment strategy currently focuses on acquiring Class B conventional multifamily assets in major East Coast markets. However, all markets and property types will be given full consideration.
Typical acquisitions include garden-style apartment communities with a minimum of 200 units, and office and retail properties with a minimum of 75,000 square feet. We participate in single-asset transactions from $10 million and portfolio transactions of all sizes.
